"We're bringing retro back! with this groovy two double bed 1960's garden flat, hidden away in secluded spot in the depths of sunny Forest Hill and only a 8 minutes walk to the BR.
You will spend a while searching the road as the property is blissfully incognito and not visible from the road, parking is plentiful on Bampton Road so you shouldn't struggle for a spot, not too far from the Dacres Road junction you will find beautiful pink blossom tree and you are getting close, you find an unassuming fence draped in Ivy with a subtle gate, once through a long path way leads you the oasis that you will call home. There is a white country gate that gives you access to your paved patio esq front yard. The front door is to the side and opens to a bright central hallway with new carpets underfoot. To the left we have the dinky kitchen with larder cupboard, washing machine, full height Fridge Freezer and Cooker. To the right is the master bedroom with deep pile carpet, a large window overlooks your garden. Next we have a nice size reception room, with feature fireplace pride of place, the room is drenched in light supplied by the wall of glass with the sliding patio doors that lead you to the lovely secluded garden, complete with shed and side access - Alan Titchmarch would love to get his hands on it, so feel free to make the most of this enchanting green space!
