A well proportioned three bedroom terraced house near Streatham Common and Norbury Park.  The house was built in the 1920's.  The tenure is freehold and is offered with no onward chain.

At the front of the property there is a  brick patio .  There is a large porch.  The door to the house is entered through a door with original leaded stained glass window.   The entrance hall is spacious.  There is a good sized front recep[tion room. .  The rear dining room is bright and has a sliding patio window offering a nice view of the good size rear garden.  There is a kitchen with original red tiled flood floor and fitted units.  The garden is a good size.  It is mainly laid as lawn with side planting beds.  At the rear of the garden is a large wooden shed with electricity.

Upstairs there is a fair size landing and two spacious double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom.  There is a family bathroom and a separate WC room.   There is a large loft with is part boarded.
