The ground floor has three main rooms a traditional front living room, a rear dining room, and a long galley kitchen. There s also a shower room WC. The living room has a quiet elegance, with generous period proportions and a large, curved bay window, picture rail and ceiling cornicing, fireplace, and lovely solid wood floor. Measuring 16 4 by 12 20 there s ample space for sofas. The dining room, which is similarly spacious at approx. 20ft by 12ft, has windows on two walls and garden views.
