"Overview
A very well presented three bedroom Victorian family home situated in this popular sought after residential location, just moments from South Ealing station (Piccadilly Line) and within walking distance of local parks and schools.

The property has many period features and has been sensitively refurbished with solid oak flooring to the ground floor.

Inside this Victorian home, the high ceilings and period features welcome you in. The living room features original coved ceiling and picture rails, double glazed sash windows and a handsome cast iron fireplace which is useable. The solid oak floor continues into the dining room, which too boasts beautiful coving and picture rails, and a large window onto a surprisingly secluded garden. The kitchen has ample fitted units, a gas hob and oven, and leads to a lean-to with light and power. A cloakroom under the stairs, with period wooden drawers, completes the ground floor.

The first floor has a large master bedroom with cast iron fireplace and double glazed sash windows. The second bedroom is well proportioned with original sash windows and a cast iron fireplace in one corner. And the third bedroom located at the back of the house is currently arranged as a home office but would make a wonderful childs bedroom or nursery. In a handsome street close to the vibrant shops and cafes of South Ealing this terraced house has a gated front garden with mature plants while the rear garden has raised decking, flower borders and a pretty cherry tree.
