This great?garden flat is on the ground floor of a lovely period building. You enter the building from Earls Court Road (on the Kensington side of the A4)?via the main front door to?the?common part halls which?are well presented, having being refurbished recently.

The flat itself is then entered on the ground floor level and being situated at the rear of the building means it is very quiet. The entrance hall leads to the dine-in kitchen area with access to a large enclosed?storage area on the left - great?for all those bulky items (suitcases, bicycle, etc). On the right is the WC with shower enclosure, basin and storage cabinet. The kitchen then follows with fitted units and appliances. Next is the bedroom on the right with a large window and a new double ottoman storage bed. There is a also a double fitted wardrobe in the hall directly outside the bedroom. In the reception room, the new furnishings are bright and contemporary with a wall mounted tv and storage unit for all the technical bits! Sliding doors then lead to the fantastic private and quiet sunny garden which requires?litlle?maintenance for maximum enjoyment!
