"Walking around this property it is clear to see that the owners have maintained it to a good standard throughout.

The property is neutrally decorated and bright and airy. To the ground floor there is a lounge to the front, kitchen to the rear overlooking the garden, cloak room and to the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a single as well as a family bathroom.

Externally there is off road parking for a couple of vehicles. The rear garden is approximately 40ft.

The property can be found within walking distance of both Fairlop and Hainault tube station as well as within easy reach of Barkingside High Street.

What the Owner says:

We have owned our property for 13 years now, when we bought the property we were attracted to the location as there were two Central Line tube stations within walking distance, there was a good local school within a couple of minutes walk and the property seemed to be of a generous size.

Since we have owned the property we feel like we have made changes to a good standard and we have installed new double glazing throughout, new boiler, new flooring and decorated the property thoroughly. This is the first property we have ever owned and we have started our family here, our kids go to school locally and we also love the fact that the High Street is close by.
