Looking for a professional, clean, tidy & respectful person/couple to rent a lovely larger than average 1st floor (top) 1 bed flat, in a desirable area. Enfield Chase station (for Finsbury Park, Kings Cross and Moorgate etc) is a short walk away together with Waitrose supermarket, great restaurants, pubs, local shops and parks near by.? Enfield Town modern shopping centre is also close by. Easy access also to the M25 and handy bus routes.

There are wooden floors throughout, plenty of storage, good size double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom comprises of bath, pedestal wash hand basin, low level WC, and a separate tiled shower cubicle. Well equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, washing machine) with plenty of cupboards also. Spacious lounge/diner.
