"This 1960's semi detached property has been thoughtfully extended to provide a stunning range of flexible accommodation. On a corner plot with off road parking at the front for up to three vehicles and at the same time with a garage to be found at the rear (electric operated door) with additional off road parking. The reception hallway has stairs to the first floor and doors to the extremely spacious through living room with its LED down lighters, wood burning stove and bi-fold doors to the very generous and south facing gardens. There is a separate dining room with a double glazed bay window to the front. The modern and well presented kitchen breakfast room has an integral dishwasher and fridge freezer. The breakfast bar provides casual seating. There are French doors to the gardens and access to the living room and guest cloakroom. There are four bedrooms, three of which are double bedrooms, and the fourth an ideal study. As well as the family bathroom there is now a very attractive and well appointed guest bathroom

(electric underfloor heating) which has a large walk in shower area with surface mounted thermostatic controls, circular overhead shower and a separate shower riser rail.
