Situated in a rural location and backing onto fields, this is a wonderful detached Victorian farmhouse with landscaped garden; 3 bay garage and a 2 bedroomed annex which is detached from the main house.

From the moment you enter the elegant and spacious hallway you are met with a warmth the ambience of this gracious home exudes, where many of the original features of the period remain having been carefully embraced within the modern improvements that have been made.

The accommodation briefly comprises on the ground floor of a dual aspect drawing room with open fire and tall sash windows. There is a door through to the dining room and on through to the study.

Across the hall is the sitting room, again with an impressive fireplace housing a log burner. An archway leads through to the modern, extended kitchenbreakfast room which in turn opens into the large formal dining room, creating a natural flow and great entertainment space. Off this dining room is a garden room.

The kitchen is fitted with a range of contemporary wall and base units with large centre return. It has an integrated range style cooker, fridge, dishwasher and plumbed American fridgefreezer, and a a large walk-in pantry. Completing the accommodation on the ground floor is a wc.
