" This very pleasantly situated non-estate reconstituted Cotswold stone, modern semi-detached house enjoys a small cul-de-sac setting off Hampton Street towards the northern edge of the town. \r \rThe updated and well-presented accommodation now features a loft conversion master bedroom which makes the two double bedrooms on the first floor excellent rooms as second and third bedrooms, and the original third bedroom makes a perfect study or nursery. On the ground floor the entrance hall has a staircase to the landing, there is a modern fitted kitchen/breakfast room with a range of beech style units and integrated appliances, whilst across the back of the house the lounge/dining room has a corner feature fireplace housing a gas fire and double-glazed French doors onto the wonderful rear garden. \r \rThe house has space for a garage at the front which could be above average in size and where planning permission was once given. In the meantime there is room to park two cars.
