"DESCRIPTION Prestbury is a semi detached 1950s home situated on a highly desirable private residential lane conveniently located just a short level walk to Tetbury town centre, the schools and a corner shop within 200 yards. Over the last few years, the property has been thoroughly upgraded and remodelled plus extended creating a versatile family home styled with a contemporary finish. In all, the accommodation extends to some 1,400 sq.ft. arranged over two floors.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to the front cosy living room which features a fireplace and fitted shelving either side. To the rear, there is an excellent kitchen dining room at the heart of the home which is filled with natural light plus French doors opening the garden. There is a large breakfast bar at the centre whilst the bespoke kitchen from Sambourne Kitchens showcases granite worktops and a range of useful solid wood units beneath incorporating built in appliances including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, double oven and gas hob. SITUATION Tetbury is a thriving historic Cotswold market town with much of it dating back to the 17th and 18th Centuries. Further everyday needs include a large supermarket, hospital, surgeries and post office whilst there are also excellent schools catering for all ages. Waitrose at Malmesbury and Cirencester.

Conveniently located less than half an hour from both the M4 and M5 motorway, Tetbury is within easy reach of Cirencester, Cheltenham, Bath, Bristol and Swindon. Close by is the beautiful Forest Commission run Westonbirt Arboretum and Prince Charles Highgrove Estate. There is good access to nearby Kemble Railway Station which provides regular fast services to London and other regional centres.
