"DESCRIPTION This most attractive semi detached house is one of two houses understood to have been built in the mid 19th Century by the 'Feofees of Tetbury' specifically for the Headmaster and Headmistress of the former Victorian School located nearby. The properties were designed by the same architect for the adjacent St Saviours Church. Grade II listed, the property is constructed from Cotswold Stone with distinctive gothic styled mullion windows and has been sympathetically extended in recent years to the side and rear. The family sized accommodation is arranged over three floors and displays a wealth of the original character which includes a traditional Victorian tessellated tiled floor, internal doors and cast iron fireplaces. On the ground floor there are three separate reception rooms with the extension providing an impressive dining room with high vaulted ceiling and modern full width bi fold doors opening to the rear garden. A beautiful bespoke solid timber kitchen boasts granite worktops and a range of units whilst excellent storage can be found in both a pantry/utility room and a new separate entrance hall to the side. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a Victorian style bathroom with roll top bath and a separate shower room. On the second floor are two excellent attic bedrooms with good natural light.
Externally the house has a private driveway providing ample parking and an attractive front garden with side access leading to a good sized rear garden which enjoys the afternoon and evening sun and has a large paved terrace, two stone built stores and a separate 'gardeners' wc.  

SITUATION Tetbury is a thriving and historic market town situated within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty surrounded by delightful Cotswold Countryside. Close by is the beautiful Forestry Commission run Westonbirt Arboretum and Prince Charles' Highgrove Estate. There is good access to nearby Kemble Railway Station which provides regular fast services to London and other regional centres.  "
