"A deceptively spacious semi -detached property, situated in a quiet close within walking distance of the town. Three bedrooms, family bathroom, very large sitting room, open plan kitchen / breakfast room. Private garden (with potential to buy an additional parcel of land) Garage & off street parking.

TETBURY Tetbury lies on the B4014 north of Malmesbury and is a small, elegant market town. Its prosperity came from the wool trade and its handsome church, 17th century market house and wide streets lined with good stone houses and inns, reflect its past glory. It has primary and secondary schools close by, a sports centre and several general shops including a supermarket within walking dstance, but it is famous for its many antique shops. THE PROPERTY Number nine is situated in a quiet corner in a small cul-de-sac on the edge of Tetbury. The property has been carefully updated and modernised by the current owners over a number of years. It now offers light and well presented accommodation throughout.
You enter the property via a side entrance and into the kitchen / breakfast room. This is a lovely room and has been extended by the current owners to create a large open plan space; it has been carefully designed with the cooking appliances at one end and a dining area at the rear. There is a wide range of Beech 'shaker' style cupboards with work surfaces on top. There is a sink with mixer tap and space for cooker and dishwasher.
The kitchen leads through to the sitting room, another light and very spacious room thanks to a large window looking out onto the garden. The downstairs has recently been fitted with wood effect laminate flooring throughout.
A pine staircase from the sitting room leads upstairs to a good sized landing from which the bedrooms are laid out. There are three bedrooms; bedrooms one and two are good sized doubles with bedroom three being a spacious single. Bedroom one has the added benefit of a large built in wardrobe.
These bedrooms are served by spacious family shower room with separate W/C. The current owner removed the bath recently and replaced it with a large walk in shower, but this could be easily reversed. KITCHEN DINING AREA BEDROOM OUTSIDE The property benefits from a driveway at the front which gives access to the single garage. The garage has a new up and over door, power and light. There is side access which leads around to the garden at the rear. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and bordered by traditional lap panel fencing and a small Cotswold stone wall to the rear.
There is also an additional piece of land to the rear which might be available to purchase, this would dramatically increase the size of the garden.
