"A beautifully extended and refurbished house with planning permission to expand further to create a five bedroom home, which would still feature an approx. 80 ft. garden and ample parking. Situated just off the favoured Chavenage Lane, less than half a mile from the centre of the town.
Features of the property include a 15ft. kitchen and dining room, adjoining utility room with an up and over door making it ideal for bicycle storage, family room with wood flooring leading through to the sitting room which has a fireplace and sliding doors to the garden.
