" This very pleasantly situated maturing detached family house was built some forty three years ago of reconstituted Cotswold stone on a sought after development within walking distance of the local supermarket, the comprehensive school and a little further into the town centre. \r \rThe thoughtfully updated accommodation comprises entrance hall with UPVC double glazed entrance door and staircase to landing. The lounge and dining room have an open plan atmosphere with double glazed patio doors onto the south facing rear garden. The kitchen has a smart range of cream shaker style units with integrated oven and hob, together with a very useful pantry cupboard, and there are matching units in the adjacent utility room and a white suite in the downstairs cloakroom.
