"A four/five bedroom converted period farmhouse with a wealth of character, parts of the building dating back to as early as the 1600's. The house sits in grounds of approximately half an acre and is approached via a five bar gate onto a gravelled area providing parking for several cars. There is a lovely country style farmhouse Kitchen complete with AGA, separate dining room and a spacious 28ft sitting room

(the Cider Barn) with a vaulted ceiling. Outside to the front there are several useful outbuildings and to the rear is mostly laid to lawn with additional outbuildings. Additionally there is Planning Permission granted for the erection of a three bed house in the grounds.

Randwick is a semi-rural area and the property is in a peaceful setting. Nearby Stroud provides many amenities including schools, leisure centre, library and a renowned weekly Farmers' Market. Randwick itself is a popular location with a strong community feel. There is a very good primary school and a village pub and there is plenty of scope for leisure activities in National Trust Randwick Woods. Serious walkers can enjoy the Cotswold Way which is not far away.
