"This 1930's detached house has been much improved by the current owners and now offers a wonderful blend of great space and both contemporary and traditional styling. The property has accommodation that is arranged over three floors, the stand out room is situated on the back of the property overlooking the rear garden and offers a stylish kitchen with a range of built in appliances including two single ovens and induction hob. The kitchen area is open plan to the living / family space which offers sitting and dining areas with bi-folding doors leading out to the garden. In addition this great space the ground floor also offers a useful cloakroom and second reception room with traditional bay window. On the first floor there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The top floor comprises a further bedrooms which let in plenty of light via the skylight windows.
