Viewing is highly recommended.

The house is available unfurnished and all interested parties will be required to provide the following:-
1) Previous landlord and employers references.
2) Credit reference check.
3) Photographic identification (passport/drivers licence) and proof of current address (utility bill/bank statement).
4) Six weeks rent to be held as a damage deposit for the term of the lease.
5) One month's rent to be paid to the landlord in advance.
6) An administration fee of ?180 (inclusive of VAT) payable to Maxwell Douglas which is refundable in the event the application is unsuccessful.
