"Attractively situated, Cotswold stone fronted, end of terrace retirement house on a popular development for those over 55 years of age. The property enjoys good views over the duck pond on Parkers Lane from the lounge and master bedroom windows and also has the benefit of south and west facing landscaped gardens.

The property comprises lounge with fireplace, separate dining room opening on to a conservatory, fitted kitchen with split level oven and hob and a spacious ground floor cloakroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, spacious bathroom/w.c. and a galleried landing with study area.
