"Prominently positioned along Moreton in Marsh's premier boulevard, and offering deceptively spacious accommodation exclusively to those over 55 years of age, this end terrace, three storey, four double bedroom house is to the forefront of this exclusive development, to the south of the town, only a few hundred yards from all High Street shops and less than half a mile from the railway station with links to London Paddington.

Built in 2004 by Beechcroft Limited the property has a high specification, incorporates under floor and ceiling heating, thermostatically controlled in each room, and has the advantage of two spacious bathrooms, an en suite shower room to the master bedroom and a ground floor cloakroom/utility room.
