The property has the advantage of two bedrooms and a cloakroom at ground floor level together with two further double bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The property has gas fired central heating from a combination boiler and upvc double glazing to most windows. There is an open plan living room and dining area and a covered porch way which connects the property with the garage forming a useful covered area.
