"Centrally located in the heart of this vibrant North Cotswold market town and yet occupying a quiet cul de sac location on the edge of open countryside, this stylishly appointed and thoughtfully improved next to end terrace, three storey, three bedroom late Victorian town house has been sympathetically restored and is strongly recommended for internal inspection.

Character features of the property include an original quarry tiled entrance hall, high ceilings, some original fireplaces and both a rear courtyard and enclosed garden.

There is a separate living and dining room with dividing doors, a 26 ft galley style fitted kitchen with a built in oven and hob and on the top two floors there are three double bedrooms and an attractive bathroom/w.c. The property is warmed with gas fired central heating from a combination boiler.

This part of Hospital Road is only a few yards from a pathway leading to walks in an area of outstanding natural beauty and there is a famous walk between Moreton in Marsh and Batsford Arboretum which is predominantly on the level and well worth enjoying. The property is also less than 100 yards from the High Street in Moreton in Marsh with its historic market every Tuesday and a wide range of shops, public houses, restaurants and the all important railway station with links to London Paddington.

The property is therefore ideal for those looking for a larger property with character in the town centre and early viewing is recommended.
