The property comprises Entrance Hall, Dining Room, Sitting Room, Kitchen, Utility/Sun Room, Two Double Bedrooms and Bathroom. Externally the enclosed gardens being mainly laid to lawn with storage at to rear aspect. The property is situated in a quiet area of Bream close to local school. EPC band F. Available early January 2016. Sorry No Pet. No DSS. No Smoking.

Before you move-in you will be charged an administration fee of £300.00 for a maximum of 2 adults (and if required a further £75.00 per guarantor). References and verification checks will not be conducted without this payment. You will also be asked to sign the initial Tenant Offer Form which confirms the properties services, rent and dates due, your personal details and payments required. The Tenancy will not be completed without your approval in respect of the Tenant Offer Form.
