A bespoke build for the Lister family back in the 1920`s This house is far from the madding crowd yet all the facilities of Dursley town and Cam are at the end of the lane. The location of this property is totally unique, the whole feeling is one of tranquillity and back to nature with the woods wrapping around; also the position affords the most amazing views out over the Severn Vale to the hills in the distance with the added benefit of being located on the edge of a Golf course. Considerable works have been done on this property in recent years and the finished article is a spacious and modern home with touches of original character throughout. Accessed via a tree lined country lane which winds up the hill through the woodland. The house has electronic gated entry and automatic lighting to the side of the drive. Directions: Take M5 southbound from Cheltenham to junction 13. Leave the motorway and take 3rd exit on the roundabout. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto the A38. Follow this road for several miles, passing through Cambridge. At the next roundabout take the first Exit for Cam and Dursley. At the Tesco roundabout in Cam, take the 3rd exit. At the next roundabout, take the first exit. At the next roundabout (police station) take the 2nd exit. Follow this road and look out for a small turning on the left between fields. There are pillars at the entrance. Take this single track country lane up through woodland and Hillside House will be seen on the right hand side with electronic gates after approximately quarter of a mile.
