"A beautifully presented detached 1920's townhouse within level walking distance of the town centre. Refurbished to a high standard the property now offers excellent accommodation over three floors. Three reception rooms, kitchen, three/four bedrooms three bathrooms, pretty garden and double garage.

CIRENCESTER This charming market town can trace its origins back to Roman times. The town today boasts extensive shopping facilities, several schools in addition to the renowned agricultural college, a beautiful Parish Church and numerous leisure facilities. Situated towards the south of the Cotswold district. Cirencester is ideally located for access to the M4 (c. 18 miles) and M5 (c. 15 miles) motorways and for mainline rail services from either Kemble or Swindon (London, Paddington c. 55 mins.). THE PROPERTY Originally built in 1926 and extended and refurbished to a very high standard by the present owners, the property now offers comfortable and flexible accommodation over three floors.
