"Extended and improved home occupying a good sized plot in this desirable village location. The accommodation includes three good size bedrooms with built in wardrobes, luxury bathroom, large dual aspect living room, kitchen and partially converted garage providing further space as required.

PROPERTY
The property is accessed via an entrance porch which leads through to the large reception room. This dual aspect room features a useful storage cupboard as well as a good sized understairs cupboard. There are double doors leading out to the garden and a feature fireplace with recess for television and av equipment. The dual aspect kitchen is fitted with a range of storage solutions and appliance space. The former garage space has been partially converted with a window to the front and the creation of a reception room/bedroom and shower room in mind. The electrics and plumbing are in place but this requires finishing. To the first floor is a spacious landing providing access to the three bedrooms and family bathroom.
