Of particular note is the bespoke kitchen with cupboards and granite worktops, butler s sink, integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, dual Rangemaster Aga oven and five ring gas hob, central butcher s block with cupboards and drawers and an Italian porcelain grey tiled floor. The bathroom and shower rooms are fitted by Alessi, William Holland and Mira. The property benefits from remote controlled Sonos audio system and Nest heating system, smoke carbon monoxide alarms, security cameras and Wifi connection throughout.

To the rear is a professionally landscaped garden. The flower beds are planted with evergreen shrubs and trees, perennials, climbers, bulbs and an avenue of New Zealand strawberry trees to ensure year round interest.
