"This character cottage has a wealth of history and has been completely rebuilt in 1884, originally having been built in the 15th Century. Emma Dent commissioned John Oakey to use as much of the old building stone as was available to keep the building in line with surrounding property. A character grade II listed 3 bedroomed cottage set in the heart of Winchcombe, this property benefits from gas central heating, secondary glazing, gardens and outbuildings to the rear. The accommodation comprises of entrance porch, hallway, lounge, dining/conservatory, kitchen, second reception room, three good sized bedrooms and a larger than average bathroom. To the outside there is a stone built outbuilding with shower and toilet and electrics, also further to the rear of the property there is a stone built workshop with electrics.
