"This detached home is believed to have been built for one of the managers of the building company and therefore comes with a much larger plot than average. There are gardens to both sides and to the rear, plus a garage and driveway for 2 cars. Internally the home would benefit from updating however the real potential here is with the space to both sides of the house. The internal space is impressive already with a 13'2 by 11'4 sitting room opening onto a 13'5 by 9'4 dining room.
