DIRECTIONS From the Stow-on-the-Wold office of Tayler and Fletcher proceed down to the bottom of Digbeth Street and continue on into Park Street. Byways will be seen on the left hand side.

LOCATION Byways is situated within walking distance of the centre of the town. Stow-on-the-Wold is a famed old Market Town standing in an elevated position on the Cotswolds, with a varied selection of shops supplying all normal requirements, business and educational facilities and various places of worship. Cheltenham and Stratford-upon-Avon are both 18 miles. Moreton-in-Marsh is 4 miles and has a main line station with a service to Oxford and London (Paddington).

PROPERTY Byways is a two bedroom period terraced cottage constructed of natural cotswold stone under a tiled roof. It is well situated within walking distance of The Square and has the benefit of a courtyard garden at the rear.

SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of ?1,013 is payable at the commencement of the Tenancy. APPLICATION FEE - An application fee of ?95 (inclusive of VAT) is payable for a single applicant.
