"Welcome to Number 40, Tivoli Street, a two bedroom mid terraced period home that is located within the highly fashionable and sought after that is Tivoli and which is offered for sale with No Onward Chain.

Situated within a mile of the Promenade, access to the cosmopolitan bars and restaurants of Montpellier are within a 15-minute stroll. This part of Cheltenham also is home to a number of national and independent shops whilst throughout the year, festivals take place which include: Jazz, Science, Food and Literature.

Returning to the property, the accommodation is well laid out and is light and spacious. Walking into the home, the hallway gives access to the two main rooms on the ground floor, as well as the downstairs cloakroom.

The kitchen/breakfast room is found to the front of the property and is flooded with light due to the large bay fronted double glazed window.
