"This home is impressive from the front commanding a large corner plot set just off the Leckhampton Road. As you walk through the front door you will be impressed with a newly decorated hall and oak flooring underfoot. To your left you will find a lovely large living room which continues with the oak flooring. A large picture window to the front aspect shows the front garden and great double doors at the rear aspect offer access to the garden. The dual aspect ensures a lovely light room and a focal fireplace adds character. As you move toward the rear of the property the dining room and kitchen have been opened up to offer a wonderful social space. Oak flooring underfoot in the dining area and quarry style tiling in the kitchen offer a great feel to the home. The kitchen is a newly fitted 'shaker style'. There are two large windows overlooking the garden. Units have been built around an American Style fridge freezer in this popular style of kitchen.
