"A surprisingly spacious, period semi detached house with a super c.73 ft lawned garden and situated within this most popular road within Leckhampton. The property can be reached via a low maintenance enclosed front garden with a path to an open porch. The entrance hall has doors to the living room, family/dining room and stairs to the first floor. The living room has a cast iron feature fireplace with slate hearth, built-in cupboards and shelves. The good sized family/dining room has doors to the understairs cupboard, storage cupboard, kitchen/breakfast room and double doors to the rear garden. The breakfast area has a cupboard which houses the boiler and table space, door to the rear garden and opening into the kitchen. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with working surfaces over, stainless steel one and half bowl sink and drainer with mixer tap, integral four ring gas hob with oven under and extractor over, integrated appliances which include a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
