LOCATION
CUTSDEAN is a small quiet but friendly village situated in lovely countryside between Snowshill and Temple Guiting about 81/2 miles from Stow on the Wold.
1 Town Close is on the edge of the village with lovely views towards Snowshill and the little hamlet of Toddington. The house has been redecorated recently and new fitted carpets laid to the first floor rooms. The 'farmhouse' kitchen is a particularly lovely room with oil fired Rayburn. Altogether an excellent family house in semi-rural setting.

Leave Stow on the Tewkesbury Road (B4077) pass through Upper Swell and continue for about 5 miles to the top of Trafalgar Hill at the brow turn right at the crossroads signed Snowshill & Broadway. After about 1 mile take first left signed Cutsdean on entering the village the house is the fourth on the right.
SECURITY DEPOSIT - A security deposit of ?1350 is payable at the commencement of the Tenancy. This will be invested on the Tenant's behalf into a Client Monies Services Account with Lloyds TSB in Moreton-in-Marsh and will be refunded, at the termination of the Tenancy, less any charges for damage, breach of the Tenancy Agreement, other losses suffered by the Landlord, unpaid rent or outstanding accounts etc. Tayler & Fletcher are members of the insurance backed Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). APPLICATION FEE - An application fee of ?95 (inclusive of VAT) is payable for a single applicant.
