"This beautiful two bedroom apartment with terrace was newly constructed by Berkeley Homes to a high standard two years ago - however since then the current owners have significantly upgraded and improved the flat to a luxury specification, using a superb level of materials and fittings in order to create a fabulous living space.

The accommodation is well proportioned throughout and very light due to the large double glazed windows which includes floor to ceiling glazing in the living room. The recently fitted Tom Howley kitchen has a comprehensive range of units with inset lighting, a central island unit and inset Miele appliances which includes two ovens, a warming drawer, induction hob and dishwasher. There is also a superb Sub Zero fridge/freezer.

The two double sized bedrooms to the rear each have wardrobe and storage space. In the principle bedroom there is a built in dressing table and drawers as well as matching purpose built wardrobes and drawers by Tom Howley.
