"A lovely Victorian end of terraced home dating back to 1900 which requires some modernisation. The property has previously benefitted from planning permission for a two storey extension to the side. The home is pretty from the front with traditional red brick facade. Step inside and there is a nice sized living room with window to the front and fireplace. Towards the rear of the property is a great dining room with rear window overlooking the garden and storage under the stairs. The kitchen is at the rear and galley style with fitted units and door leading to the garden. The first floor comprises three bedrooms and a white bathroom suite. The garden at the rear offers gated side access and space to walk around to the front garden. This can either be used as additional space or planning can once again be sought to encompass the space into the home. Please contact the office for more details and drawings. Situated in Leckhampton which is a leafy residential area just south of the Town Centre. The area has a mix of property styles but is made up of predominantly Victorian and Edwardian homes.
