"A traditional Victorian semi-detached townhouse with accommodation arranged over three floors to include a basement flat. In brief, the accommodation comprises a pleasant drawing room with a bay window to the front, marble fireplace with inset gas fire, lovely oak leaf and acorn cornicing, ceiling rose and high skirting boards; dining room with ceiling rose and picture rail; kitchen/breakfast with integrated fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob and space for a dishwasher. An archway from the kitchen/breakfast leads into the sun room being a comfortable sitting room with a patio door opening to an iron staircase down into the garden. On the first floor mezzanine level is a spacious bathroom with space for a washing machine and tumble drier concealed under a unit. Stairs lead up to the first floor proper where there are 3 bedrooms. There is a wooden pull-down attic staircase up to a boarded attic with a velux window. At lower ground floor level is a useful one bedroom basement flat with its own access from a pathway at the side of the house. The flat accommodation comprises a living room with window to rear; large double bedroom with window to front, kitchen and shower room.
