"Mossgiel is a well appointed and established family home built in the mid 1960's situated within a substantial and well secluded plot.

Mossgiel has been occupied by the same family for approximately 50 years, offering accommodation well suited to family living. Briefly comprising of an entrance hall with access to the garage, utility and kitchen. The kitchen breakfast room situated to the front of the property enjoying the views over the beautifully landscaped front gardens, the formal dining room also enjoys views across the gardens, a sitting room with a dual aspect, a snug/study which has also made a good 5th bedroom. There is a downstairs shower room which has recently re fitted. A garden room has made a beneficial addition to the ground floor accommodation with a rear aspect enjoying the afternoon sun.

The first floor has a large landing with large picture window giving plenty of light, there is also a loft access point. With four double bedrooms the master bedroom with a suite of wardrobes and full en-suite bathroom, there is a bathroom with separate toilet.
