DIRECTIONS From our Bourton-on-the-Water office, continue out of the village into Landsdowne. Perryfield Court can be found by turning into School Hill and then left into Perryfield Court. Number 14 is accessed on the right handside to the left of the bank of garages as facing. LOCATION Bourton-on-the-Water is one of the larger North Cotswold Villages, with the shallow River Windrush flowing through its centre, spanned by low arch bridges and flanked by wide village greens. It has many family attractions, including Birdland, a Model Village, Motor Museum and Perfumery, and has the benefit of excellent shopping facilities, varied social and sporting activities, good educational facilities and regular bus services. It is some 4 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold, 8 miles from Kingham Station, 16 miles from Cheltenham and 28 miles from Oxford. PERRYFIELD COURT Is a purpose built development, constructed in the mid 1970s, of eighteen chiefly one bedroom individual flats arranged around a courtyard Entrance Having a part-glazed front door. Entrance Hall With carpet and stairs leading up to first floor. The first door to the right leads to the inner hall Kitchen With a range of wall and base units, single sink with drainer, electric cooker with extractor over, washing machine and fridge, with space for small freezer Sitting Room With window to front elevation and night storage heater Bathroom With WC, basin and bath with Mira shower and screen and electric heater Bedroom With windows to rear elevation and night storage heater OUTSIDE A communal seating area with benches and space for plant tubs, one single garage and communal outside drying area. SERVICES Mains electricity, water and drainage are connected. Telephone subject to BT transfer regulations. RESTRICTIONS Strictly no Smokers, Pets, Children or DHSS. COUNCIL TAX Band 'B' amount for 2016 / 2017: ?1,198.75 Payable to Cotswold District Council. EPC EPC Rating D SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit of ?893 (payable to Tayler & Fletcher) is payable at the commencement of the Tenancy.
