"Welcome to Number 17, Appleton Avenue, a four bedroom detached family home that is situated on a prominent development, built by Messrs Crest Nicholson in the late 1990`s. The property is found on the edge of Cheltenham in the popular area known as The Reddings

The property is within an easy commute of the town centre plus access to the M5 motorway, (Junction 11) is found nearby. The property also benefits from being located near three highly regarded schools: Bournside, Chosen Hill and Dean Close
