"An attractive late Victorian residence that would lend itself to being a family home (planning permission was obtained for change of use in December 2013) or to continue the existing bed & breakfast business.

The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with the original Victorian stained glass panelled door and Minton tiled floor. The drawing room has a bay window to the front elevation, an original slate fireplace, stripped wood floor, a beautiful ceiling rose and chandelier. Double doors open to the owners' dining room. In addition, on the ground floor is an impressive second drawing room with dual aspect and a bay window to the side of the house, currently used as a breakfast room, it has a marble fireplace and a ceiling rose with chandelier. The kitchen has a 6 ring gas hob, double electric oven and space for a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In addition, on the ground floor there is a cloakroom, cloaks cupboards and the owners' double bedroom with patio doors opening to courtyard garden area and also having an en-suite shower room.
