"Welcome to 100 Hewlett Road, a five double bedroom Edwardian family home offered to the market with No Onward Chain and due to requiring some updating, allows any future purchaser the ability to create their dream home.

Located on Hewlett Road, the property is situated within a mile of the Promenade or a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of the town and offers spacious and light accommodation, arranged over three floors.

On the first floor is a welcoming L shaped entrance hall with stairs rising to the upper levels. The living room has a bay fronted window, a fireplace, fitted shelving and cornicing. The second reception room, the dining room, also has an fireplace and gives access onto the rear terrace and garden beyond. The final room to the ground floor is the kitchen/breakfast room which at present offers an array of units and leads into the small utility area.

Moving upstairs, the first floor comprises of three bedrooms, a sperate cloakroom and the family bathroom. All the bedrooms are a good size and are double bedrooms. The main bedroom sits above the living room and so enjoys the light from the bay window. Turn left onto College Rd and proceed over the traffic lights onto Hewlett Rd. At the mini roundabout, take the right hand fork, staying on Hewlett Road where the property can be found on the left hand side of the road
