"A modern 2 bedroom semi-detached bungalow forming part of a residential development on the outskirts of Willersey within level walking distance of village amenities. The property offers well-presented accommodation which includes a sitting room to the rear with open fireplace (gas point to side) and patio doors to a conservatory which opens directly onto the rear garden. The kitchen, with tiled floor, is fitted with a range of modern units and incoporates an integrated fridge and freezer; there are two bedrooms with the maion bedroom at the rear fitted with wardrobes and cupboards. The tiled bathroom was modified several years ago and now provides an oversized shower cubicle in place of the original bath. Other noteworthy features include Upvc double glazed doors and windows in the main, and gas fired central heating. The property also has the benefit of solar panels which provides a useful feed-in tariff as well as minimising the cost of electricity.

Situation
Willersey is a delightful village situated on the B4632 about 2 miles from Broadway and 3 miles from Chipping Campden.
