"Staggering detached home, which has more than just a little bit extra! Immaculate throughout and tucked away in a lovely corner cul-de-sac position, this detached home deserves all the attention it gets. The accommodation comprises entrance hallway, cloakroom, modern kitchen and utility room. There is also a lovely lounge/diner with striking open fireplace as well as bi-fold doors opening onto a sizeable sun lounge, which flows onto the rear garden. To the first floor there are four double bedrooms with a master en-suite as well as a family bathroom. Those that require space but also need storage will be delighted with the 27'0 x 10'10 attic space which offers plenty of storage and can be accessed via a wooden pull down ladder. Externally there is driveway parking leading to a detached double garage (one of the doors is electric) and to the rear a westerly facing garden that offers a degree of privacy but which has been planted to offer more in the coming years. The location here in Bridgeyate is as popular now as when these homes were first built and if anything, has grown in popularity to the excellent amenities that now are on offer in outlying areas such as Longwell Green and Keynsham whilst also being on the edges of the east Bristol countryside, which is a delight if you like the outdoors as well as being convenient to commute and enjoy the World Heritage City of Bath. There is also a local Church of England school, easy access to Avon Ring Road, M32, M4 and M5 motorway network and an approximate fifteen minute driveway to the City of Bath and railway station."
