Centrally located in Chipping Sodbury and just a stones throw from the bustle of the shops, the beauty of this hidden property is the tucked back and private situation. The deceptive accommodation goes some way back from the off street parking (for three cars) and in brief offers two good size reception rooms, a kitchen/breakfast room, Cloakroom plus three bedrooms, an en-suite and a family bathroom upstairs with Jacuzzi bath. The mature garden is private and delightful with several aspects to it ranging from the sunny, southerly facing courtyard which has steps to a higher terrace and then onto the lawned garden. At the rear of this there is also a tucked away summer house with electric and lights. (EPC-D)
