The entrance hallway leads to a well proportioned Sitting Room with beamed ceiling, triple aspect and a lovely feature fireplace with a wood burning stove. The Kitchen Breakfast is fitted with a comprehensive range of fitted floor and wall units with integrated appliances and space in front of the bay window for a table and chairs. A useful utility room is situated just off the kitchen with door to the outside. The study has a range of built in shelving and a door out to the patio and side garden. This room would also be very suitable to be configured as a bedroom if required and it is located next to a well appointed shower room with walk in shower.
