"You could only get closer to the sea if you were in it! Direct views across the beach and only a couple of yards to walk along the seafront. Enjoy the doors opening to the balcony and the sound of the sea can be enjoyed whilst sitting in the lovely light, bright sitting room and kitchen. Whether it be after an evening out at the local bistro/restaurants, a bar or even a hard day's work this home just has the immediate feeling of calm. Even on a winter's day you can watch the different weather conditions coming over the sea and the sound of seagulls gives that constant "on holiday feel". On a hot summer's day you don't need to worry about painting the windows outside as the property is double glazed. The property was previously let out by the owners and is now offered with no onward chain as the tenants have vacated.
