"If you are looking for a well proportioned 4 bedroom family home then stop by and have a look at this one! As you approach the front door you will notice that the attractive block paved driveway and garage gives you plenty of space to get your car off the road.
Step inside the front porch, ideal to whip off coats and shoes on a rainy day without taking any of the elements inside. You'll also see a door leading to the side passage between the garage and the house. As this has a roof it offers additional space for storage or even be used as a utility area to give you more room in the kitchen.
The downstairs also boasts a 19'10 lounge and a 13' dining room. The attractive kitchen was installed recently and overlooks the back garden. After a Sunday roast you can do the dishes whilst keeping an eye on the children burning off some steam outside.
Upstairs the bedrooms would all fit double beds. The airing cupboard is off the landing and is very deep, perfect for hiding away all your towels!
Locally there are schools, supermarkets and shops close enough that they are only a stroll away. Just down the road there's the rolling hills of Kent downs and in the other direction, the sea.
Travelling to London couldn't be easier with two mainline railway stations just a short drive away and the fast track service into London taking just 60 minutes!

This has been a great area to live. Before we bought this house we lived opposite and knowing the road, we were pleased at the time to find something locally.

This house simply fitted the bill. We viewed lots of houses but they were all smaller than this.

The plan when we bought this was to not move whilst the children were still at home. As we are into our 28th year here, the plan worked well!

We don't need this space anymore so we think it's about time another growing family enjoyed it.
