"Beresford Adams are pleased to offer for sale this three/four bedroom detached country cottage, occupying large grounds. The property is positioned on the outskirts of Gwernaffield which has a noted country public house, numerous rambling routes and easy access to the historic market town of Mold which has excellent road links for the A55 and motorway networks for Liverpool, Manchester and North Wales. The Pantymwyn golf course is close by and the property is also within striking distance of the Loggerheads Country Park, which is well known for excellent outdoor country persuits. The property was built in the 1930?+?s and is a timber frame building clad with cement asbestos sheet material and cement rendered externally.
