There is off road parking to the front of the property and an enclosed garden to the rear. In addition to the monthly rent an additional payment of ?20 per month will be required to cover the cost of a gardener who will maintain the gardens throughout the year. The landlord is happy to accept children and will consider tenants in receipt of housing benefits but is unable to consider pets or smokers.
